1) stat boards usually follows PSD but have their own compensation scheme. There’s a post above on the total annual package around 17 months which is pretty accurate barring the one-off MAC top up and your individual performance.
2) highest? If stars align and there’s vacancy, or if you happen to be in the right place when it comes to re-org (happens regularly), everyone regardless if you’re a scholar can become DD. DD is super scale so on a different comp scheme.
