went there for internship and follow some full-timers there to go meetings and see how they do work. Pretty much project management where they liase with the contractors and keep track / chase the progress of projects. Long meetings though

Anyone knows the salary for senior manager LTA with 9-11 years of working exp

Hi all,

This year I'm 30 years old. have 6 years of working experience (5 years experience as a technician and 1-year experience as an Engineer and ya I completed my degree last year).

Currently, there is an offer from LTA and Engineering Consultants. Should I go work consultants first to gain a few years of experience and then join LTA?

1) is LTA’s annual remuneration structure similar to that of civil service- mid year bonus, end year bonus, 1 mth aws + annual PB?
2) what is the typical highest position/job grade that a farmer could attain in LTA (e.g. what is the equivalent of a MX11A in LTA?) and what is the salary ceiling of that position/job grade?
