Expect around 6.5k. But believe it depends on your role and specialisation too.

Bonus 1.5 -2 month

How many total years of exp would get me 6.5k in MAS?

All these does not matter. If you are external hire, the pay they offer you will always be based on your last drawn pay.

If you earning high salary in your current job for your age compared to MAS peers, they may even offer you a salary lower than you are currently drawing. If you are underpaid, they won't give you a massive increment. They will just add a few hundred dollars to what you are currently drawing.

So clearly there must be some internal pay range benchmarked against your experience right? In order for MAS to evaluate whether u are “overpaid” or “underpaid” in the private sector to then detrrmine how much to pay you? Hence going back to the earlier point, how many years of exp typically in the private sector would warrant an AD title with 6.5k?

I am currently 28F with ~5 years of working exp earning 7k+. What is the likely outcome of MAS offer to me if I join? Cut or match or increase? By how much?

The internal benchmark is for those who are already in the system. If i had to make a range, it would be about 3-4 years working experience for someone who join MAS straight from Uni to earn about 6.5k
