If you cmi, just admit you cmi la. You everyday kpkb also no use one.

I know it's hard accepting that you are subpar but sometimes you just have to accept what you are in order to move on.

Agree, i was on no pay leave and HR told more than 1 month to arrange interviews for me, and I have to keep chasing them. And the only department that want me was in the exact same function but different entities supervised. The other departments where i have the theoretical knowledge (for example i learned coding) but no work experience, didnt want me.

does not sound like you are very versatile. if u feel like nobody wants you in mas, try the private sector..... opps, maybe you tried but nobody wanted you too lol. when u choose to bail out on your team, accept that sometimes your team might not want you back unless you are a good worker and great team player. they may even be cheering your departure cause it is their chance to find someone better.

someone MAS calling others as cmi and thereby inferring themselves as a superstar is the ultimate definition of an idiot.

This is pretty funny. This guy literally comes to the forum everyday and blames everything going wrong in his life on the HR department.

I mean, seriously, have you seen anyone so pathetic?

He can't even resolve his own problems so he has to come to an online forum and bash HR with the hope that HR is surfing this forum and will somehow be able to tell who he is and help him out.

Guess there are really all sorts of characters in MAS

Nice try with your over the top defending of HR which no one has even bothered replying to show you that they agree with you yet you dare to pass of your opinion as that of the forum. You are just a joke. MAS will be a better place if you did your job in HR instead of trying to convince people that HR is doing their job while jlb-ing.

and yes, you are not fooling anyone by trying to act like you are not from HR.
