Most of your day to day interaction will be with your team leader, division head and department head. So it will depend on the mix of people you get.
Work life balance - most BD people I know don’t knock off at 6pm (neither does most of MAS, actually). There was some discussion about the different banking depts some time ago, scroll to previous pages…

Yes the AMD is nice. As for those below, it really depends. THere are all kinds of people here: The really good, honest and nice ones, like the AMD. Or the very snaky, a**hole , passive agressive, manipulative ones. Then the range in between.

Does anyone know which departments have to frequently OT? And are all staff subjected to the three months’ notice period? Thank you!

There are 4 levels of DD , (DD1, DD2, DD3, DD3).
Where DD3 and DD4, they are Senior DD, but not explicitly written on job title.
In these days, DD3 and DD4 are minimally a Team Lead position, there are old staff that are age 50+ are in DD3/DD4, those are the old birds but we no longer see management will promote individual or specialist track to DD3/DD4 without having additional responsibility either by people or by portfolio.
Don't quote me, but these are the estimates before COVID times.
DD1 - 8.5k to 10k
DD2 - 9.5k to 14k
DD3 - 12k to 16k
DD4 - 14k to 20k
These are inclusive of "Fold-In" where employees only get 1 bonus per year which is the performance bonus average 1.5 months to 5 months depending on performance, department, job function and economy. Typically 2-3 months is most common.

MAS doesn't have civil service mid year and end year bonus? Or corporate bonus?
How's the medical benefits and flexibility benefits?
