Agree much! HR is not pro-active is all these recognition stuff. While ppl across depts have been flagging about career development to HR, nothing was done. Agree, i was on no pay leave and HR told more than 1 month to arrange interviews for me, and I have to keep chasing them. And the only department that want me was in the exact same function but different entities supervised. The other departments where i have the theoretical knowledge (for example i learned coding) but no work experience, didnt want me.
