does not sound like you are very versatile. if u feel like nobody wants you in
mas, try the private sector..... opps, maybe you tried but nobody wanted you too lol. when u choose to bail out on your team, accept that sometimes your team might not want you back unless you are a good worker and great team player. they may even be cheering your departure cause it is their chance to find someone better.
