How to check salary? Thought release in workday on 7 apr?

if you over read the message, the overt prose is that the salary for Grade 13-9 had not been competitive, hence the adjustment.

it also avoid putting a spotlight on the salary for Grade 8-2. so either this group also get an adjustment but the message has stayed silent on it, or this group don't need an adjustment as their salary had been competitive all along.

So how much shld ad2 be drawing on average now after the revision? Got 8k?

do TOs get pay revision? we missed the first cycle in October too

and yes, TOs will get a increment for the current cycle

what do you mean, we started working since may/june but didn't get any increment in the oct pay revision.

Grade 8 to 2 is? Ds and above i e. superscale?

Probably not. Lower bound should be 7k now.
