Now can understand why we need GRATITUDE. Because the management realised they shortchanged us for 2 years..... and they are just doing this belatedly.

Got 1.5 month as C. Heard others got 2 months as C. So most likely C- is 1.5, C is 2 and C+ is 2.5.

People in MAS always like to benchmark themselves to high flyers in private sector and say they are underpaid when in reality they will probably get fired for underperformance if they work in the private sector
