Average senior engineer pay is only around $4.3K at DSTA. Project manager average pay only $5250.......How to get 100K?

if really 100k with just 6 yrs exp, mean basic will be 100000/16 = $6250 assume annual is [12mth basic + 1aws + 3mth bonus]

Like that analyse quite logical. I think is possible to reach 6k plus in 6 years. But I think like that will reach ceiling quite fast.

I think your figures are abit off for PM at least. It should be much closer to 6k. Including all the bonuses, it adds up close to 100k per annum.
