let say someone with 2nd upper with NS join DSTA as an engineer at $3580 in year 2007 july.
how much will he be earning now by 2013 ??
how much will be his basic salary(after annual increment/promotion/wage adjustment if any) in 2013 after 6 years assume he is normal average performer?
any figure??

On an annual basis, should have crossed the 100k mark.

Average senior engineer pay is only around $4.3K at DSTA. Project manager average pay only $5250.......How to get 100K?

if really 100k with just 6 yrs exp, mean basic will be 100000/16 = $6250 assume annual is [12mth basic + 1aws + 3mth bonus]

Like that analyse quite logical. I think is possible to reach 6k plus in 6 years. But I think like that will reach ceiling quite fast.

DSTA project manager's basic is not the lower end of 5k.
It's the higher end.
