How is increment decided?? I got a C at XT6 I got +250, yet the guy beside me also XT6 C grade he get +320. Why sia?

1) u r hitting salary ceiling
2) you are very closed to the salary ceiling while the guy is still far away
3) the guy gotten promotion while hitting salary ceiling
4) the guy didn’t reveal his real grade

no he is still 3k away from salary ceiling. He showed me his PB letter it was a C for 1.95 months. He showed me his salary page lol. This crazy guy encourages sharing of salary. I joined one year later than him and I showed him my salary, I earning more than him by abit despite his better qualifications. But both of us are crazy far from our max ceiling.
