Senior management won't be kan cheong one. Anyone can be replaced. The agency will still survive.

Of course snr mgmt wouldnt be gan seong cos they are not the one feeling the pain of doing the leg works

Hi I have situation which need ur urgent advice. Please help.

My friend has accepted htx offer.
After his loa, He went of his health scanning (not require by htx) since is covered by his current company before he resigned. Basically result was ok but doctor asked him to further check up At hospital.
1) should he inform htx hr to change his start date?
2) should he resign only after his further check up is clear?
3) what else he need to do?

Unless his health issue indicates terminal illness and conditions that have made him to be unable to work, I don’t foresee any issues. HTX similar to all govt agencies, doesn’t pay any health care insurance.

Because the further check will need get letter from Polyclinic and then can book
appointment at hospital which will take sometime so will not know the result so
soon.

So he can just proceed to submit his resignation and start work at htx on the
committed date while he walk along the further check up at hospital procedures?

Yes. However, he may need to update his medical condition ( there is a specific form) with the HR indicating he is still pending specialist appointment.

What kind of form is it? A form to ask from HR after he start work?
If u saying about pre employment health declaration, I think he told me he already submitted before they send him loa.

He worry that htx will ask him bye bye if his further check is not good.
