For ppl hired by htx, is it always on 2 years contract and will keep on renewing and there is no permanent or emplacement?

Got emplacement to perm. Not like LTA where they only give contract renewals.

Wow. Senior mgmt been smoking about this salary adjustment since 2 yrs ago to try and much up other agencies. Really the Joke of agency if in the end there's none.

I think that is why snr management is trying to buy time and delay as long as they can. But paper cannot contain fire, it's a matter of time before people had it with their crap.
All those that are capable will leave for greener pastures, those that are not will stay. The agency will end up being filled with useless dogs that jiak liao bee and waste tax payers monies.

I dun think can call ppl useless just when they stay on.
I heard one agency. Govt ask to work 2 days at home.
But the people from this agency go home after lunch.
Some can even knock off earlier. With this kind of culture, even capable ppl will stay when it is so relaxing lah.
