HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency)

HTX cannot compare to Govtech one. The bureaucracy is worse than other similar govt-tech agencies cos it resides in MHA, a ministry known to be v regimental lor. Most of the engineers' work is just pleasing the senior management only.

lol second this. I think there are bureaucracies in all govt agencies but my experience in HTX was quite horrid. I was expecting to be doing actual engineering, or real S&T work but most of my work just revolve around bureaucratic processes. Glad to have left the place

While govtech director usually come with many yrs of industry experiences
So if u have 2 offers. Better go govtech.
HTX engineer not doing engineer work and director not doing directing role.
You will be disappointed.

Behave nerdy or act like nerdy? Cos if not it will make them look like a fool? I think most of the directors there are just parachuted from MHA back then. Just public servants with zero industry experience. And no working knowledge of what the industry standards are.

Any idea XC7 is what MX grade equivalent and the pay range for XC7?

does htx has engineer bonus? what is the average?

I got to respond on my expected salary, security clearance, certs and reference check a couple of days after my interview. Does that mean I have to do security clearance then I will be offered? Thanks.

Mayb G50 clearance. A few days is fast. My 2nd interview was on 1 dec and so far no news.

Actually I only I have 1 interview.
I applied for a engineer position.

I am working under a military project now. And been cleared on several clearances as well.
