Htx is new agency like only 4 years old. So there is not much information on that.
I read on career gov that most public sector has leaves like parent care leave, exam leave, compassionate leave, marriage leave and so on.

Do htx had those as well? How does these work in htx?

Are you sure its higher? Go check out the salary from other tech agency. HTX is the lowest if not one of the lowest.

Definitely true. One of the lowest, not just from other tech agency, but across all agency.

I also think it cannot be higher than other agencies when they removed 13th month.
But there are quite number of openings at htx.

Removal of AWS was done this year and incorporated into monthly salary. Lower salary when compared to govtech (no AWS also) and dsta. However a large number of dsta and govtech staff have been hopping over with increment in salary. However those whom hit salary cap for their grade will still maintain their salary received from their previous agency. However if u are from private sector, u will be expected to take a paycut if you have exceeded the salary cap. So it’s not that they can’t pay well, they are very selective on who they want to pay well.

Of course a lot of openings. Pay peanuts and long hiring process. People exiting is faster than people entering. Spiralling down the path of no return. Good luck to them.

U Sound like it is not worth to join htx.
Hahaha.

I saw someone asking about those parent care leave,
Marriage leave, compassionate leave, exam leave and so on.
These also dun exist in htx?

Curious as htx seemed like not following the those SB like bca, HDB, pub and lta and so on.

Marriage leave, compassionate leave exists. Exam leave only for those that are more than 2 years in service.

I don't find it worth, but u can always try lol. One man's need is another man's poison. Can always go out again if you think it is not worth it for u.

Good luck!
