More like a project management company. Everything also done by contractors, HTX manage contractor, timeline and budget only.

Should be divide by the number of working days for that month. So meaning a month we worked roughly 22-23 days (after deduction of weekends) depending if that month has 30 or 31 days.

Of course will be considered. But don't expect to learn anything technical about civil there. There are no civil engineering domain expert in B&I.
