Not happy? Quit. Find a new employer that is willing to pay 20-30% increment. Not difficult if you have the skills to back it up. People in HTX have 0 skills. Just want to look for a comfortable retirement job.

HTX is one of a kind, it is a suppose to be tech organisation but during interviews they will try to sell patriotism when it is just another job as if you have special national benefits from this job.
In private sector interviews, they check and on skills and then hire you no bs
