From my experience, I work for a US MNC company and they offer software engineers for fresh grad 3.5k - 3.8k but of course a good reputation company.
NCS offer software engineer 4.8k. you can see the difference is 1k.
But of course, the US MNC fresh grad works for 1 year and has experience.
They are able to get headhunted by other companies which increase by 40% which I know quite a lot. I am not sure about those NCS fresh grads after working for 1 year.

NCS is not my first choice to be honest. I do admit I apply for the sake of applying when I first job hunting... And currently in my training, the trainer have taichi away some questions, eg. Success/ quitting rate of the program.. kinda a red flag when such transparency also dun give

How is NCS 4.8k fresh grad pay high when DBS SEED which accepts anyone is paying 5.5k basic salary?
