For my manager, he okay with me wfh for the whole onboarding and bootcamp periods and just drop him a message if I not feeling well or urgent leave...

I think really depends on ur manager. Some of them will throw u into hell very soon...

For nucleus program, to whom should I throw my letter to, or just do it online (I saw an option in the HR central that say Termination of Service)?

Work first then say. No matter how much they give you later you cannot survive inside in the end still look for another job.

Is it right if I say the first 5 weeks (training bootcamp) is the honeymoon period?

Thereafter, it all depends on your luck to get into a good project and whether anyone in the team guides you?
