How come people got 5k from Nucleus but I only got 4.8k offer? ( NTU CS 2nd upper) local U still kena low-ball?

Applied for SWE position and asked for 5k+ because Singtel MAP with the same degree class is getting 5k for non-tech and 5k++ for tech, doesn't seem right for Nucleus to offer lower than a non-tech MAP... and I thought SWE among all Nucleus roles should have the highest pay.

What about previous batches who only got 4.2k. Aren’t they Low Low balled? Suggest people who got 4.8k better take it…

I saw that the ncs nucleus program is 5years, is it like a bond? Any penalties if I quit after 1 or 2 years?
