There seems to be high/low, me and my colleague got the same grading of 2, but i received more perf bonus than him.

Application takes only 1 work day to process, NTU SCSE/ NUS SOC candidates with high honours + good cv will be contacted immediately by recruiters, other candidates will have to wait up to 2 months. If more than 2 months you still receive no news, look elsewhere.

That's why cant even attract local U computing grads, NCS pay lower than 25th percentile of computing grads.
