definitely not your fault, its a bell curve. the number of people getting 1/2 are just a few, majority falls in 3/4. Even if your sup gives you a 2, it will be moderated to a 3. plus the people grading you are in office and not at site.

There seems to be high/low, me and my colleague got the same grading of 2, but i received more perf bonus than him.

Application takes only 1 work day to process, NTU SCSE/NUS SOC candidates with high honours + good cv will be contacted immediately by recruiters, other candidates will have to wait up to 2 months. If more than 2 months you still receive no news, look elsewhere.

How many interviews will there be for Nucleus? And how long do they take to offer after the interview?

That's why cant even attract local U computing grads, NCS pay lower than 25th percentile of computing grads.

Company also continue to use Big-Tech layoffs as an excuse to suppress wages too.
