All paths of Nucleus is the same pay?

Glad I left ncs nucleus years ago. See some of my batch people who stay there cannog jump cause their skills obselete. Sad

who is the decision maker on how much more pay u can get?

Understand each grade has its wage band, so how to fight to be on higher end of this wage band?

in sg, is switching jobs the only way u can get decent pay raise?

Lol forget about getting pay raise in ncs. If you truly deserve it, you would have jumped already

They didnt take that long for me, but then again, i didnt apply for SWE. One reason could be that they've stopped hiring because although the program is in batches, you will see people getting hired throughout the year (Mar to Nov) to be placed in the same batch.

I dont think you're able to negotiate, and the offer was explained over the phone, at least for mine. Not sure if there are any difference in pay for Local CS grads (i dont know of any colleagues who took a local CS degree) but from those I asked, were all getting paid 4.8k (private degree/non-CS local degree)

Are they even successful in getting local CS grads to join and stay with that low pay? 5k is stated as the 25th percentile in the latest GES survey for nus CS grads. The recent CS grads whom I have stayed in contact with after graduation last year have already hopped to other companies.

Anyone got data for how much is cyber p2 and p3 position paying?

could u share where did they hop to? I wanna hop also but after shopee started firing ppl and tech sector not doing well in stock market, I also lazy to hop cuz might be on chopping board if there's layoff
