Anyone know what does pmo do? Heard pmo for private client proj diff from the normal h&ps project. Even more so for those shorter project for strategy or consulting the pmo like quite important and critical. So means do pmo also choose short strategy related or consulting related ones?

Resign need inform 6 months in advance is it? Or shorter 6 months sound long sua imagine you apply other companies how will you know 6 months before getting the offer letter you will get it. Abit risky leh
