Too many trolls here. Some are just dreaming up stories. The adjustment is ****. But truth is you get better quantum for PB. C is almost the same as GEO C+. C+ is almost equivalent to GEO B. Work hard for a C+, and you will be happy.

Tbh it’s really ****. Out of the $650+… if I had stayed at geo5, I would get around $100+ for the KP allowance, and then the standard increment at Geo5 of $200+… so the actual increment after going to seo1 is effectively only $350…lol. No wonder so many leave to do tuition after some time… even the KPs

Thats very low. Assuming merit increment is approx.
200 (grade A), that means the geo4 jump is 150?
