Tbh it’s really ****. Out of the $650+… if I had stayed at geo5, I would get around $100+ for the KP allowance, and then the standard increment at Geo5 of $200+… so the actual increment after going to seo1 is effectively only $350…lol. No wonder so many leave to do tuition after some time… even the KPs
