For those who are invited for FHQ, anyone knows what's their likely CEP?

Nobody replying here is gonna know for sure... nobody is gonna leak classified HR info here. Pure speculation: you might expect such officers to have at least the CEP of a large portfolio HOD or a VP (so perhaps around SEO3 at the bare minimum, most will probably be higher), while being at a young enough age (probably mid 30s at most).

Possible if the teachers are not officially appointed to be AYH. They are acting AYH because of manpower shortage.

some practical advice for geo3s who have been arrowed to be KPs:

1. u need to be at least geo4 to be formally and officially appointed. so if arrowed, it will only be an internal appointment by the school. no official appointment, no extra allowance or recognition from the ministry.

2. for geo3s, u will definitely still be able to receive increments since u have distance from the ceiling. a suggestion is to reject extra roles or appointments because salary wise it is simply not worth it. there is still a general timescale/requirement for increments or promotions for geo3s. don't have to worry about "not doing enough". just do the standard amount of work will do

3. once enough young officers in a school reject the mounting workload, the school will have no choice but to arrow the higher geos. those old ones who are stuck at ceiling or still want to promote will receive those arrows (to justify further increments or promotions). take higher salary, do more work - it's that pragmatic.

4. if the old ones are unhappy, they will eventually give up and resign. this process will be smooth since the ministry wants to cut headcount. it also helps get rid of people who are farming higher salary while doing lesser work than the poor geo3s.

Some SLs have the policy that first-time KPs must go through one or two years of internal appointment before being put up for interview.

If it is the GEO3 officer's aspiration to eventually take up full appointment, and they work under such an SL, then it is not a bad thing to fulfill their internal appt obligations while waiting for their promotion. The good thing about being an internal KP at GEO3 is that it is relatively easy to get B or A performance grades and positive CEP reviews.

When a mistake is made in school, why is there a culture of pinning the blame onto somebody?
