Me, single and available, 40. lady.
HDB loan - approx. 158k outstanding , 20 years to go.
CPF - Approx 104k (SA + OA + MA)
Cash - Approx 136k
Currently, thinking of looking for lowered pay job. Not sure is my net value able to sustain through retirement next time as all the above seems to have more values than me. hehehhe

House - $2.1 mil (left 70% loan)
Commerical Pty #1 - $400k (left 70% loan)
Commercial Pty #2 - $500k (left 80% loan)
Cash - $10k
Stocks - $40k


Is this foolish?

You guys are high earners. Nothing foolish in what you did. Just a little speculative and risks are a little on the high side. But by taking on higher risks, you may also get higher rewards.
