2014 3% growth 0.8
2015 2% growth 0.65

So this year growth between 2 to 3%..

So bonus between 0.65 and 0.8 lo

Hopefully. But sometimes historical data may not necessary be a good indication of what we will get in the future as it depends on other factors.

I think will be lesser than last year..maybe 0.25 only
