As what the earlier people had provided, starting pay in PHIs are likely to be in the range of $2900 - $3200 for fresh grad, for male with NS. Btw good honors refer to 2nd upper and above I assume.

Isit consider below average compared to statsboard/ministries?
As for bonus...how much an average can expect?
I mean besides 13th month bonus...is there mid-year bonus & year-end bonus ?
And how much performance bonus for a average performer?
Hope for more healthcare experts imsights

It is below public agencies in general. That is to be expected, because you're in healthcare. PHIs are not considered public agencies - they are private limited. As they are not for profit, you can't expect them to pay administrators generously.
I am not so sure about the bonus scheme. But if they mirror the public agencies, there should be only performance bonus + 13th month bonus. Will let those inside to clarify more.

Are you applying for LTA? If so, can forget about being selected.
As you mentioned, you have a serious traffic violation, this will put you at a disadvantage only if they have other equally qualified candidates for same jobs.

Actually this should have been disclosed in the 'declaration' section of the application if you applied through careers@gov and/or if the agency asked you to fill out their application form.
