Sorry to burst your bubble but Healthcare clusters will never pay so much for both 2nd upper & first class. This is healthcare industry we are talking about, making a difference in lives and serving people. You certainly do not go into healthcare with the expectation of fast career progression coupled with good salary payout.

2nd uppers can expect to get 2.8 - 3.1 k for females.

Female, 2.9-3.1K "fresh grad" from the local unisim, pass degree with merit (GPA 3.7+/5.0) with 3 years of prior work experience in govt sector. [Didnt take up hons year since 2nd lower hons not easy to stay on in govt sector/switch to another ministry]

In terms of bonus, there's 13 mth and also performance bonus that's pegged to indiv. performance & how well the cluster is doing. Relatively diff from civil service which has performance bonus, mid-year and year end bonuses, on top of 13 mth.

If you are currently drawing 6500, it's not a good sign to be in mx11 after 4 years.

What's the type of annual Increment quantums which you have been getting at the poly? 200+, 300+ etc?

You will still be on the poly scheme during the 4-year secondment right?
