Are you joining uniformed group? Are you front facing (i.e. require to meet the public)?
If no, then it is irrelevant. Of course if its exposed and big (i.e. staring in your face type), people may consider.

I got 3778 at stat board. My ministry friends all manage to hit 4k with 2:1.
Btw can I check if 1 yr is too short a duration for job switch between sb/min?

Mind sharing your starting/honours and your current salary?
By the way it's too short. Worked at a ministry for 2 years and everytime I go to a statboard for interview they dwell on why leave and not stay for 3 years which is more reasonable to learn and contribute.

3778 was my starting and my current lor. 2:1. Around 10 mths but I can't stand the job already.

that's alot. must be one of the higher paying stat boards? 3778 with or without ns?
can anyone tell me what is the normal range for starting salary, 2nd upper with ns? 3.7 and upwards?

is it true that MX scheme revised their salary recently? im surprise second upper are hitting 4k in ministries now.
I have a friend ( ns, 2.1, fresh grad) who was offered 3.6k (3597 to be exact) in Apr this year.. did the mx scheme enjoyed a salary revision of more than 11%?
