Any penalties?
Hi guys! Got a question.
Is there any penalty for leaving the job within the first month?
Or can I just tender and serve out notice period, no penalty?
Background info, stat board. 2 years Contract.
Nothing wrong with current, just managed to a better offer from another stat board.
