Unless anyone's claim is supported with a screenshot of your increment letter or else, anyone can just throw numbers for fun.

Hi, I'm a local grad with 6 years of working experience, earning about 6k. If I'm looking for a mid-career change to a role that doesn't seem require related experience (for a manager/senior manager role), what is the pay range I should be expecting? I don't mind a paycut but don't want to lowball myself as well. Thanks!

your yoe is probably at manager level with a max base pay of 6k. do take note base pay in cs is lower due to more component going to bonuses hence hr may quote u a “higher” total package with a lower base pay then your current

If you got fired, you will also be informed through the HRP Letter of Employment. With amount pro-rated.

6k is too high. Maybe $5k more appropriate.

2 plus for avg (band 2), got high 3 for top band, some people get more than 4, depends on grade.
Corp bonus usually ~3mths
