I'm also waiting for Vital to contact. My Ministry just approved my application a few days ago and wants me to start with them early next week.

I'm 32 and was recently offered 6.6k/mth to join a SB. I see a lot of numbers being thrown around. Wondering if anyone knows if this is market standard?
