Think they using XT scheme instead of MX.. the higher the number ther bigger the grade.. HTX serves uniform group, so be prepared to call ur bosses sir and ma'am everyday.. but think perks shld be good. What role u applying?, Some specialied role does pay well

Ahh, sorry, didn't realize I made a typo at year 2020. Is still MX12
2018 (26) - MX13: $4470
2019 (27) - MX12: $4880
2020 (28) - MX12: $5125
2021 (29) - MX11: $5650

Which stat board are you working in? This is an extremely fast progression on par with scholars or even better
