Can anyone share what the AGC or LSO’s promotion progression from Grade 6B onwards (for fresh grads) is like?

Please la, get off your high horse. When I listen to how HSK and CCS speak and write, I also don't think they're anything special. Most of the people that join the CS can't get accepted to the competitive jobs in the private sector, and that's a fact.
