Asst Mgr

What is the salary range for mx 12 and how many years experience to get mx 11?

there are people who got it in 2 years.

there are also people who got it in 5 years.

the range is wide.

it depends on CEP, performance, and whether there is bosses' support.

Where I am some people 6 to 8 years still mx12. They are getting Cs and occasional Bs but still within the 12 range.

What are their job functions?
Are they in Ministry Hq?

They are in a stat board, job function varies but all are deskbound.

Is WSG a good starboard to work in?

Same as my new place.

I just started 1 Aug and after asking around. Promotion damn slow as much as 8 years and increment 4% they always just give the lowest as possible. Not one person say so i take it is factual.

But good thing is work life balance damn good here. So probably the reason for slow promotion and increment?

Thus already have thinking how I sld move soon. But I wanna see if the increment is really that bad.

Also not good if I leave within 1-2 years. Dilemma

Any CS people received salary revision already this year?
