Aiyo. If no heart to stay why bother to squabble over that few dollars? You’re properly unhappy and that’s why you’re leaving right?

Almost never. Because if they counter-offer, it is as good as they admit to underpaying you in the first place.

hi!
Hi
I am a freshgrad expecting a FCH from a local university. Can I ask how much LTA is paying for male graduates in HQ (office) roles?

Are you an engineer? If not why LTA? Why not MOT policy side?
If engineer why not try GovTech, if relevant to your major.
Think about where are the high growth areas of govt and where are the sunset/problem areas.

No. Not when you tender. If you want to bargain, you should do so when they can do something. Such as in Dec/Jan when MI and PB being finalised. They will give you some goodies if they want to keep you. Or they will not if they think you are dispensable.
