Superscale 9
I have always been very curious if all MX9 holders in the civil service are automatically in the Superscale scheme. Are there MX9 officers that are not Superscale? Can anyone hazard a guess what the Superscale formula is?

MX 10 salary ceiling = superscale
MX 9 = superscale
superscale meaning = 5 digits monthly salary onwards
by right, there was a CS article that states that only 5% of each dept is MX 9. but i lazy to find.
it's not easy to hit MX 9. your dept must have vacancy n that MX 9 must retire or go other dept den u got chance.

Anyone knows about the salary or working environment in the Centre for Strategic Futures? I believe it's an agency under the Prime Minister's Office.

A lot of staffing work such as organizing meetings, taking minutes and writing papers.
The pay is decent but you need to be aware that skills aren't transferable outside to private sector.

Depends on your scheme. If it's MX, it's usually in the range of 6 to 7k+
