Question Any salary adjustment for stat boards ?

As a result of the pay adjustment for most MX and MSO grades in civil service, anyone from stat boards received information about possible increment as well ??

That is assuming you are guaranteed a pay raise with every jump.... some people only get pay cuts with every jump. I was offered a pay cut of $1000 last time with a job offer, and they could still tell me I was overpaid. This was a stat board to stat board jump.

Yo Miwashi, you should boost during your job interviews about your amazing grass cutting experience...then whip out your scissor and start trimming the grass in the garden to uniform height of 2cm... Your skillset is in demand, Singapore no need to import foreign talent from bangladesh anymore!!! guarantee at least a 30% pay rise!!

Civil servants certainly deserved to be paid competitively. Many of them are capable, possess good qualifications from reputable universities and can be said to belong to the 2nd stratum of the society with regards to status. While many civil servants may not be in the same class as doctors, lawyers and investment bankers, they are nevertheless very well above average and in the spectrum of professionals, fare better than engineers and teachers (who are technically civil servants but basically just a group of people who cannot survive beyond the school environment and enjoy whining & whining all the time).
