Yah, I would've liked it to be higher than 3.9k. But my point was to show that earning 4.1k after 3 years is not "high for a non-scholar".
Bonus around 4 mths overall

Joined a stat board as a fresh grad around Jul 2021, 2nd upper class, starting at 4k. Then got bumped up a $100 a few months in, not 4.1k. Male, 26

you are doing decently well, above average for sure.
Might be a faster farmer but if you have the opportunity might be able to push to Director as CEP

Anyone knows what is the starting salary for management associates at Enterprise SG and EDB for the 2022 batch? Will there be a difference between those who have served NS and those who didn't?
