Yes, but dun expect much.
At most 10% unless you joining uniformed group or specialized field.

you sure at max 10 pct? i think at max 3-5 pct to compensate for the loss of PB due to change over.

Ministry to LTA
Hi everyone!
28M/2nd Upper/ NS/local u/3 yrs work exp/current salary: $41XX
Have cleared all interview rds to move into an LTA position(Engineering track) from generic MX scheme in Ministry, but awaiting official offer. Trying to get a sense of ballpark offer due to private sector offers.
Anyone know about estimated basic pay/bonus? Appreciate the help!

It is high for non-scholar. I am foreign uni degree with 2years plus private sector experience before joining a SB at age 28. My pay was $3.6k mx 13. Following year it was upgraded to $3.9k. Not even $4k.

Entry level fresh grad enginner in Ministry (2nd Upper) already make $4K
Expected" 3-4month bonus (including AWS)
What is your last draw pay?
