I would prefer to operate under anonymity of course. However, with the way you are conducting yourself, can I assume that you simply don't think it's possible? Or rather, because it doesn't seem possible to you therefore it shouldn't be for others?

Maybe if your overall personality were to improve, it would be possible for you as well. However, I can predict your response will be ridden with profanity about how I'm being a smart-ass or "f off with your fancy english la" something along those lines.

There's a reason you can't reach it. Look within

If you really feel he is such a dimwit, you wouldn’t have taken the time to reply to him.

You… actually enjoy these little interactions, right? That’s why you keep replying and the conversation continues. It would have been so easy to ignore and it would end.

Retirement monthly expenses for retired couple

- Public transportation = $200
- Medical insurance = $600
- Miscellaneous = $150
- Total = $2000
Thanks for the advice. We do need slightly more as we have the condo maintenance fees to pay and we do plan to travel to nearby countries. $3k pm is just right for us. The most expensive expense for us was the monthly mortgage for our condo as well as car loans. Since we have paid up the condo and don’t plan to own a car in retirement, our expected expenses are much lower.
