Im in tech startup. My juniors from uni (SMU, NTU) working MNC 4-5years drawing $6-7k. Is that normal. Am i under paid or are they just paid unusually well? That’s their base

8K base at age 28 is comparable to 6-7k at age 26/27. All of them are above the 80 percentile group. You need to be of higher caliber or pedigree to draw base of 10k. Just keep improving and you may reach it.
