Because of the department I'm in, I'm not allowed to invest in REITS or other individual stocks. What do you guys do other than ETFs?

1 year out of uni, in IB working 50 hours a week. Grossing 150k per year before bonus. Dunno what bonus is gonna be tho.

-1 humble landed house valued at sgd3.2mil. Outstanding mortgage > sgd1.1mil.
- CPF savings combined > 200k
-Cash savings combined > 200k
- Stocks > 50k
how do we fare ?

37 yrs old. annual 200k, staying in hdb, prefer a stress free life. saving up to buy property when market is less volatile.

If I earned this much at 29 (or ever, in my life) I wouldn't feel the need to fish for anonymous compliments on an internet forum.
