150k annual income is within the top 9.8% bracket of all tax paying residents in Singapore.
Annual income of 310k its top 3% bracket of all tax paying residents

The median (50 percentile) annual income of all tax paying residents in singapore is 43.2K

I use MoM statistics

Gross median income in Singapore in 2019-2020 is approx. 4.5k including the 17% CPF from employer.
So our gross monthly income excluding Employer cpf contribution should be about 3.9k per month.
3900x12 = 46.8k
Annual median income = 46.8k
Quite close to the IRAS statistics.
