That's pretty decent pay. Most of the people here in this forum probably mark up their salaries to get attention. And of course, don't compare yourself with ministers and MPs. Haha.

maybe i see too many peers earning much more....i feel i am worth at least 30% more.....thus looking around now...

i think it is underpaid if you have a true manager-level job scope (responsible for managing budgets, accountable to meet schedules and service levels, etc).

my annual basic is 180K as IT Manager (technical and project management), around 11 years experience

private banking relationship manager (VP level)

basic 180k, bonus 120k

7 yrs banking experience, out of which the 4.5 yrs in private banking.
