I am in my early 20s

savings: 800K++
property: 3 condo and one semi d under my name (I rent out 3 condo for around a total gain of 7.8k) all property paid. (due to inheritance)
stocks worth of 1.2million: monthly dividends of around 4000 on average.

No you cannot retire. According to some old folk here, even if your net worth is $5m, you cannot retire. Work hard until you are 80 years old. Then leave behind your millions to your children who can then retire early.
