May I ask if internal medicine doctor specialist deals with patient with high fever and whose blood test shows high level of infection (19 versus normal 10). And this the 3rd high fever in 1 month.

That one is for diagnostic medicine specialist from Department of Diagnostic Medicine.
There was a TV series before showcasing this specialty. HOUSE MD. Only after they have figured out what the problem is and if it belongs to Internal Medicine or General Medicine then the patient is admitted to that respective ward for treatment.
Many of these specialist are found in the A&E in singapore hospitals.

Obviously people who ask is it better to do medicine in Oz or SG want to work in SG.
Otherwise the question really has nothing to do with medicine. It would be is working and living in Oz better than SG?

Why would it be hard to come back? If you are a Singapore-born citizen its your right to have a job when you come back home. You are not any Tom, Dick or harry who hold a generic diploma or SIM degree competing in some low level admin job market, you're a highly sought-after sinkie medical professional who also is culturally appropriate for Singapore's patient population needs.

Else serve NS for what? For professional jobs to go to foreigners? FT docs are only meant to temporarily staff manpower shortages and otherwise be low level RPs/clinical associates doing saikang in the public system. Please think before you ask silly questions.
